Our system of Website Design has been developed to make the process of building a new website as easy as possible for our clients. The process begins with a business discovery session, which may be conducted in person or online.

It is this forum that allows us to gather the information we need to create a project scope and provide a fixed price quote. There is no cost for this session and it is a great opportunity for you to establish if you think Chill Websites is a good choice to create your new website.

If you choose to proceed with our quote, we will clearly communicate project timing. We also conduct at least two formal reviews as the site is being designed and constructed, to ensure you are happy with the direction. Each client gets direct access to the website designer who is based in Australia.

We Do The Heavy Lifting

Unlike many other website design companies we do the heavy lifting and do not need to take up a lot of your time during the process. Our discovery session generally gives us everything we need to build a comprehensive first draft of the site.

Our professional copywriters will produce the content for your site and whilst you may choose to provide images, we also source and provide high definition licensed images as part of our service.

All we really need from you is to participate in two formal reviews, let us know what you do and don’t like and provide feedback on design and content.
